Hi,

when uim-xim is running in the background, emacs hangs when trying to
start. As soon as I kill emacs, uim-xim also dies. Subsequent startup of
emacs works fine, so I suspect some incompatibility between emacs and
uim-xim. uim itself continues to run, and GTK applications still have
IM support, just XIM applications don't.
