The ‘lojban-common’ package is designed to be a dependency of other
packages. Accordingly, it was a mistake to ever set its Priority to
“extra”, since that invites policy violations when other packages depend on
it.
Please set the override for the binary package ‘lojban-common’ to section
“misc” and priority “optional”.
