Package: shotwell
As in initial test of shotwell, which I had never used previously (so no
existing ~/.shotwell), I imported a small set of 16 photos. I chose the
symlink option (rather than the copy option)
I then:
* chose to delete all the photos
* emptied the wastebasket
* when prompted, I chose not to put them in desktop wastebasket
* the photos appeared to be gone
I imported some more photos after that, also choosing to symlink
Then I started browsing ~/.shotwell
I found 6 of the first 16 photos were still available under
~/.shotwell/mimics and all the thumbnails for all the new photos are
under the various thumbs directories:
