If the photo being exported to an online service such as Flickr was linked (and
not copied) into shotwell's database and the referenced, original file
(accidently) deleted, the program crashes immediately after starting the export
without an error message. While the user can be certainly blamed here, maybe
the code should catch such a situation and display an informative error
message.
