Hi,
the Qt(3pm) manpage talks about a tutorial that's supposed to be
available in /usr/share/doc/libqt-perl/tutorial/, in both POD and HTML
formats. This directory does not exist, however. There is a directory
called /usr/share/doc/libqt-perl/tutorials/ which includes a couple of
example scripts only.
So, either that reference should be removed from the manpage, or (imho
the better choice) the tutorial should be made available.
