Javadoc for xerces implementation (org/apache/xerces/impl/xs/) cannot be
found in the package. If you open
/usr/share/doc/libxxerces2-java-doc/api.html and try to click on the
"Xerces2 Implementation" link in "Xerces2 implementation documentation"
section, you get a "file not found" for
/usr/share/doc/libxxerces2-java-doc/javadocs/xerces2/index.html
