Hello,
The nexys2prog script available at [1], which uses the jtag command
from urjtag, fails because of jtag failure (memory corruption detected
by glibc). Recompiling the same source package doesn't help. However,
the trunk version (as of r1690) works. Please consider updating the
package.
I made my tests with a nexys2 1200K board.
