kdevelop depends on autoconf, which is version 2.53, but needs version
2.13 to work.
this is the error from autoconf:

I suggest kdevelop should depend on autoconf2.13, with autoconf2.13
installed it works perfectly.

Bug #213008 was filed against kdevelop2 and does not apply to kdevelop3
: kdevelop3 works works just fine with autoconf 2.59.
