If I understand the fix for bug #584513 correctly, the themes were
not removed from the package, since they have been relicensed under
the CC-by-sa-v3.0 license (which is considered acceptable by
FTP Masters, even though I disagree, but that's another story...).
http://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/fluxbox/filelist
seems to confirm that those themes are still included in the package
version currently in sid.
If this is indeed the case, then the licenses for fluxbox themes
have to be documented in the debian/copyright file, as mandated
by Debian Policy.
Please add a verbatim copy of the copyright and distribution licenses
for the themes to the debian/copyright file.
