Package: perl-suid
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
There is no package for perl-suid in testing(wheezy) distribution.
I can't install it from stable(squeeze) because its version depends on
perl=5.10.1-17squeeze2 but on a wheezy installation, perl package version is
5.12.4-4
Downgrading perl to squeeze version cause many packages to downgrade or be
removed.
For it's my first bug report, i hope it's not useless or annoying. I'll take no
offense if you delete it.
Also, English is not my native language (French) so please forgive me if i made
some errors.
Thank you for your consideration about this issue.

perl-suid has been removed from upstream, and therefore Debian too.
The mailing list thread at
<http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/perl/porters/234561> has some
more information and some suggestions for alternatives.
Cheers,
Dominic.
