That is check_rsync plugin. I downloaded these plugins. These plugins
have GPLv2 header in the plugins.

Thank you for replying.
Your replying tells me what have happened nagios3 package.
As you know, package stable is as important as package helpful.
It seems to me that ruby package had same problem.
They invent gem2deb program. That means user can make deb package easier.
I change strategy for this issue.
This issue will be closed.
