This is a new feature in gettext utilities called by
debconf-updatepo. It is not really important and I suggest you just
leave this as is.
Regarding the "NMU" proposal, I propose sending you a summary at the
end of the deadline I gave to translators and then leave it up to you
to do the upload (this is what I do when maintainers ACK my NMU
proposals). Would that be OK for you?
