Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 2.18.1-3
Severity: normal
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
The epiphany search bar behavior is now the one which is the default in
firefox, the "I'm feeling lucky" one, with the additional complication
of not accepting searches with spaces.
I noticed this after the upgrade of libxul0d (and
xulrunner-gnome-support) from 1.8.0.11-4.1 to 1.8.1.4-1, so I think the
problem is due to the interaction between epiphany and those libraries.
They didn't notice it because only epiphany use the improved behavior of
the search bar by returning the whole google search result page.
