I can only raise or lower a window using keyboard shortcuts (Meta+Up,
Meta+Down) when the window was focused using the mouse. If I focus a
window using the keyboard (Meta+Tab), these operations don't work
anymore. This seems to be independent of focus-style.
In case this might have something to do with it, I just upgraded the
whole system from potato.
