Hi!
After upgradeing SDL today I see suddenly have problems with blitting
surfaces onto the screen: It works fine till if has to cut away some
pixels when blitting close to the right or lower border of the screen.
This does not work:

Hello,
Sorry for having the bug unattended for so long, there's now an
ongoing effort to bring the list of bugs of SDL up to date.
This bug seems to have been fixed long ago but for some reason never
closed. It's very unlikely that a feature introduced from a VCS
snapshot causing such evident misbehaviour continued unfixed in a
stable version, let alone several stable versions and years down the
line. There are no more reports for years.
So I am closing this bug report now, it doesn't make any sense to keep
it open. Thanks for reporting and forwarding the information to
upstream.
Regards.
