As the maintainer, you certainly check and close the bug by testing yourself,
using cowbuilder:
http://wiki.debian.org/cowbuilder
dojo package correctly builds in a clean and up to date sid chroot (and both
sid and wheezy contain shrinksafe 1.6.1-2).
