Hi,
It seems majority ofibus and fcix plugins use section "utils". unless you
have strong reason such as ibus.el for "lisp", you should consider to
follow this copnvention. This apples for ibus-table-easy etc. too.
Hmm.... I see this is another package maintained by Li ans Asias. So I
will make maintenace update while adding me as uploaders.
