Closing as denied wishlist request.

We are not going to add a comment about doublechecking permissions to
every single file on Debian which might contain sensitive
informations. Admins should just get used to using "cp -a" or rsync's
-a options.

It just adds cruft without bringing any benefit - If I
am simply copying the file I won't look into its contents anyway.
