Hi,
Since policykit is required to mount removable medias such as USB
sticks, it would probably be a good idea to make it a required
dependency of udisks (for now it's only a recommendation).
I've configured aptitude to not install recommended packages by
default, and since a recent upgrade, removable medias mounting stopped
working under KDE.
