nwchem FTBFS on some arches for different reasons each time. In this
particular case, it fails on armhf and powerpc due to missing gcc
option:

This is no longer the case with 6.1-2.
It still FTBFS on armhf for now due to the test suite either taking too
long or hanging, not sure. The first test needs 1-10 seconds on other
arches, so it could well be the latter.
