When I open 'a.tex' on emacs23 with yatex on Debian/testing,
yatex cannot be loaded with this error message.
File mode specification error: (void-function yatex-mode)
The following is the setting I use in 'init.el', and it works
on Ubuntu 10.10 but fails on Debian/testing.
