Package: iceweasel
Version: 10.0.1-1
Severity: normal
Firefox has not supported <armv7 + VFP (essentially the same hardware
requirements of arch:armhf)
since version 3.6. (and even then only with JIT javascript turned off)
If you try to run iceweasel packages from wheezy or unstable on armv5
hardware
like mine they segfault on launch. As both armhf and multiarch is now
availble for those with
adaquate hardware, iceweasel should either be removed from armel (easy),
or Debian needs to
maintain support for arch:armel but < armhf hardware that mozilla has
dropped support for (hard).
As multiarch dpkg and apt are now available in the repositories, users
with armhf capable hardware
but still using armel could still install iceweasel fallowing a drop of
the package from armel
by adding armhf as an architecture to their system.

The test suite runs on the armv5t buildds, so I doubt this bug is
entirely true. So if you have specific crashes on your arm box, please
file them with the appropriate crash information.
