I would like to configure session locking in this way:
No password prompt on resume from screansaver.
Passwor required on resume from suspend.

If the option /apps/gnome-screansaver/lock_enabled is set to TRUE, password is
required on resume from both screansaver and suspend. Any change in /apps
/gnome-power-manager/lock options has no effect.

If the option /apps/gnome-screansaver/lock_enabled is set to FALSE, password
promt is not there. Neither on resume from screansaver nor suspend. Again, any
change in /apps/gnome-power-manager/lock options has no effect.

I have tried various combinations of gnome-screansaver/lock_enabled, gnome-
power-manager/lock/suspend and gnome-power-
manager/lock/use_screensaver_settings but the gnome-screansaver/lock_enabled
seems to be the only one that matters.

You can set "/apps/gnome-power-manager/lock/use_screensaver_settings" to
"false" to disconnect gnome-power-manager from gnome-screensaver. After
that you can configure $LOCK_ON_SCREENSAVER and $LOCK_ON_SUSPEND
independently. For details please see
