Dear Maintainer,

Saving MPEG-4 file in MPEG4-AVC results in corrupted picture: as if
frames are mixed. For example, at the play it shows like frames numbers:

1,2,1,2,1,2

then

3,4,3,4,3,4

and so on.

The moving objects are shaken all the time Whereas in the original
file - it is smooth.

This package does not seem to be part of Debian, but originates from
debian-multimedia.org. As such, we (Debian) can't do anything sensible
with the report, but close it, and suggest you to file it to the
appropriate place: upstream, as that's what the debian-multimedia FAQ[1]
suggests in cases like this.
