The .changes files usually are world readably. This is a Good Thing.
Unfortunatly in the queue/reject/ directories on auric and pandora they
are not.

Could katie please be fixed to make those files world writeable as well?

On a sidenote, why keep other files like .debs a-r on non-US servers
(pandora) too?

                                        yours,
                                        peter
