Package: eweouz
Version: 0.6+b4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

When I run

$ /usr/lib/eweouz/eweouz-dump-addressbook

I get the following messages:

(eweouz-dump-addressbook:3238): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **:
/tmp/buildd/glib2.0-2.30.2/./gobject/gtype.c:2715: You forgot to call
g_type_init()

(eweouz-dump-addressbook:3238): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_new:
assertion `G_TYPE_IS_OBJECT (object_type)' failed

(eweouz-dump-addressbook:3238): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref:
assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
[1]    3238 segmentation fault  /usr/lib/eweouz/eweouz-dump-addressbook

Needless to say, eweouz does not work any more from within emacs. Any
help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Andreas

   * Add g_type_init calls to the C utilities, to make them stop
