Package: mc
Version: 3:4.8.1-2
Severity: minor

When I create a custom skin in ~/.config/mc/skins directory, then define it in
the ~/.config/mc/ini file, or run mc --skin lol,
Midnight Commander tells "Unable to load 'lol' skin. Default skin has been
loaded".
It doesn't help to set the XDG_CONFIG_HOME environment variable properly, just
copying the skin to /usr/share/mc/skins
works properly.

Skins are first searched in "~/.local/share/mc/skins/"
(not in "~/.config/mc/skins/")
as 'Skins' section of manual page mc(1) clearly explain.

Regards,
Dmitry.
