After adding "splash" to the kernel command line, I get the following
error messages on the console:
/scripts/local-premount/splashy: 35: grep: not found
/scripts/init-bottom/splashy: 14: pidof: not found
I've examined the initramfs, but these executables simply do not exist
there:
