Is this what it's going to be every time someone sends me UTF?:
Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/HTML.pm line 182.
That means the mighty spamassassin cannot deal with some messages.
I.e., no matter what the user does, some messages will still cause
errors. Not the user's fault!
