The QtCurve window decoration includes two buttons, "M" (toggle menubar)
and "S" (not sure what it does because I havent seen it on any windows),
which are not configurable. Even when using custom button positions and

Developer answered me. Here is the quotation:
These 'M' and 'S' buttons are used to toggle the menubar (M) and statusbar (S).
However, they should only appear if the user has enabled
'Hiding / Window titlebar button' in relevant menubar/statusbar config page.
The position is not configurable, and I have no intentions of making it so.
