Hi,
A bunch of new versions were released since 6.3.1. As per offlineimap.org,
the current release is 6.5.1.2 (released yesterday).
These recent releases fix lots of bugs and regressions, and add new
features.
BTW, your watch file doesn't point to the right repository (should be
https://github.com/spaetz/offlineimap)
