I'm running GNOME and have no KDE or other QT applications installed.
When I install ibus, it said it's depends on ibus-qt4, and ibus-qt4
depends on libqtcore4 and more QT related packages which should not
happened.

Hi,
IBus don't actually "Depends" on ibus-qt4, it only "Recommends"
ibus-qt4. Such "Recommends" will make sure all IM Modules is available
for average users. Try:
apt-get install --no-install-recommends ibus ibus-gtk ibus-gtk3 im-config
