The cursor position can't be changed when ispell is running in another
frame. To reproduce the bug:
1. Open emacs.
2. Open another frame (C-x 5 2).
3. In the first frame, open some text file.
4. Make sure that this file contains a word that isn't in the dictionary
(or type such a word).
5. Execute ispell-buffer in this frame (ispell should find the incorrect
word and emacs should ask for a choice).
6. Try to move the cursor in the other frame: nothing happens.
Moreover, the second frame remains more or less frozen (at least for some
time) when the first frame is quit abruptly (e.g. window closed using the
window manager).

I cannot reproduce this bug with Emacs 23.4.1. Closing.
