Xlwt is a fork of the unmaintained pyExcelerator.
I wanted to grab some data out of old .xls files and was a little wary
of pyExcelerator's age, so that sounded very useful. Unfortunately:
$ dpkg -L python-xlwt | grep xls2cvs
$
I can't seem to find a parse_xls function, either. How about this
patch?
