Hi Yutaka,

just a small issue with your 0.5-1 source package. It contains a
seemingly unintended change in debian/patches:
$ diffstat debian/patches/debian-changes-0.5-1
 mod_auth_openid.la |   41 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
  1 file changed, 41 insertions(+)

It looks like you need to remove the .la file in the clean target.

Also, when using the 3.0 (quilt) format, you should not depend on quilt,
nor pass --with quilt to dh. This is all handled by dpkg.

Greetings,
Joachim
