Package: mozilla-thunderbird
Version: 0.5-4
Severity: normal

The columns shown in the mail folder summary window may be configured:
there are "Thread", "Attachments", "Read", "Sender", etc.

There is also "Date", showing the mail's indicated date, and there is
"Order Received", giving the number in which the mail was received in
that folder.

Neither of these two column are completely helpful, however, in letting me
check my mail in the order in which my mail server received it (the order in
which they first came to me).

It would be extremely useful if this column ("date received", called "Received"
in evolution) were to be added to thunderbird.

Thank you,

Drew

p.s. I think this bug affects the old mozilla mail client too.
