Dear Sir,
All information are here.
http://www.computing.net/answers/windows-95/where-can-i-find-vnetbiosvxd/21097.html
The issue is still remaining. A normal i386 x86 PC never gives such errrors.
Windows 98se does not like qemu.
Please a bug fix. since it works under vmware, flawless.
Kind regards
Yellow

There's no relevant information in there. Lots of people
are asking where they can find vnetbios.vxd for their win98
PC. But the thing is: qemu emulates a (PC) hardware, it can't
fix bugs in guest operating systems, or compensate for lack
of some drivers for all guest operating systems.

Which issue?

You can't say that if some OS works on one hardware but does
not on another, that another hardware is broken. Instead,
it might be that the OS does not support a more recent
hardware (due to lack of drivers or bugs in the OS).
Apparently vmware emulates older hardware, for which win98
does not have bugs.
I'm closing this bugreport now. If you think it is not
correct, please provide much more details - from your
report and the many "where I can find vnetbios" questions
it is not obvious at all what the problem is.
Thanks,
/mjt
