Package: imp4
Version: 4.0.2-2
Severity: wishlist

The included README.Debian.gz appears to simply be the software's standard
README and should be Debianized with information such as names of Debian
packages which provide IMAP/POP servers (rather than the URLs of the
upstream sites) and locations of config files as installed by Debian
(rather than appearing to assume you installed by hand and already know
where they are).
