The following command produced 9 copies instead of 3:
pdftops -nocrop /tmp/testfile.pdf - | lp -d tll -n 3 -o Collate=True
Using "-n 2" instead of "-n 3" produced 4 copies. I didn't want to
waste the paper, but I suspect that "-n 4" would produce 16 copies.
Perhaps the filter code to duplicate the pages is being run twice?
I'm using the 'unstable' package of poppler with one home-grown patch
so that -nocrop works properly (see <http://bugs.debian.org/536646>),
but the problem reported here shouldn't have anything to do with
-nocrop.

The printer is a HP Color LaserJet 4650, and the PPD is almost the
same as the now-distributed
/usr/share/ppd/postscript/HP/hp_color_LaserJet_4650.ppd.gz file (I
think it was the same as an earlier version of that file). Here's the

This bug report was submitted against a version of CUPS that is no
longer supported in Debian. Use of our limited, volunteer supported
resources is best served by not keeping around old, hardware-specific
and inactive bugs for longer than desirable, so the report is now being
closed.

appreciated if any future investigation could be conducted using the
testing or unstable distributions. If considered necessary, a new bug
