When running 'ikiwiki --setup auto.setup' for example the CFLAGS environment
variable is used but as an unique compiler option (ie. quoted).
The same way, an empty CFLAGS results in an empty non-option argument
and the compiler belives that the empty string is the filename to compile.
Easy workaround: unset CFLAGS.
