The readme of liburcu states that at least ia64 is supported, but the
Debian package does not consider this architecture. mipsel is not
explicitly stated, but if possible supporting those two architectures
in Debian would be very nice.

I changed Architecture to any in 0.7.4-1, but forgot to reference this bug in
the changelog. Should be available now.
