Sorry, but vim-runtime only contains scripts that are distributed
upstream. Your best bet is to convince the script author to talk to
Bram about distributing it with Vim (which already has syntax files for
general Asterisk config file and Asterisk's voicemail config).
Alternatively, Asterisk upstream may be interested in providing it and
then it could make its way into Debian through that.
