{ftp,security,backports}-master should be upgraded to postgresql-9.1 as
postgresql-9.0 was already removed from unstable.
Ideally it should be tested before (I only checked
generate-packages-source2 so far).

Both ftp- and security-master now have postgresql-9.1 and
backports-master will hopefully go away soon so there is no need to
upgrade it.
