The issue resolve to the file 'jconfig.h' missing. I have libjpeg8-dev installed but not libjpeg62-dev. It appears that with the new libjpeg8 this file is now located in an arch-dependant dir (which probably makes sense as it is said to be generated by configure). This means that now ia32-libs-dev should also provide his version of the file for libjpeg8 in the arch-depedant include dir.
