I'm simulating a circuit using a PSPICE model (provided by the
manufacturer) for the operational amplifier I'm using. Some of the
parameters in the NJF type JFET transistor model are particular to
PSPICE, for example: betatce, isr, n, alpha, m, vtoc, vk, xti and nr
Whenever I run my simulation linking to the manufacturers spice file, I
get an error, and ngspice lists the unrecognized parameters which says
it's ignoring but in reality it doesn't carry out the simulation.
I believe ngspice should not give errors but simple emit warnings and
proceed, ignoring these extra options.
