First, the CHECKSUM problem is an old one (see #598330): while this is
simply a warning, IMHO it should be fixed in the backports as well.
Second, since pm-is-supported is shipped by pm-utils, libvirt-bin should
at least Recommends: pm-utils. Please note, however, that pm-utils
ships more than utilities (e.g. suspend/resume quirks and so on), which
means that IMHO it is not suited for a server installation as it is.
Something like powermgmt-base would be better.

This was fixed with 0.10.X already (by reocmmending pm-utils. I don't
think it's necessarily wrong to use pm-utils as is since if I do want
power management I need the quirks for it to work as well. I'm open for
debate on this though.
