file has doesn't have clear output. For example, rather than saying an
optical disc contains a UDF filesystem, it outputs the following:
file -s /dev/sr0
/dev/sr0: sticky data
Furthermore, the manual page has no definition of "sticky data".

/usr/bin/file.
