Package: xinetd
Version: 1:2.3.14-10
Severity: serious

Hi,

Doing an upgrade I see:
Preparing to replace xinetd 1:2.3.14-7.1 (using
.../xinetd_1%3a2.3.14-10_amd64.deb) ...
[ ok ] Stopping internet superserver: xinetd.
Unpacking replacement xinetd ...

[...]

Setting up xinetd (1:2.3.14-10) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/xinetd.d/echo ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/xinetd.d/time ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/xinetd.d/chargen ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/xinetd.d/daytime ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/xinetd.d/discard ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/xinetd ...
[FAIL] Starting internet superserver: xinetd failed!

If I then stop and start it, it works. So I assume it never
stopped in the first place.
