By default munin assumes that graph data is in ISO-8859-1, it should
use Encode::Guess to support data in other encodings, e.g. UTF-8.
I've filed this upstream with a patch, but it's been scheduled for
munin 1.6: http://munin-monitoring.org/ticket/839
Since it's an uninvasive change that makes things Just Work I thought
the Debian maintainer might want to pick it up.
Since it's not in Debian I keep having to patch the munin package
every time it's upgraded.
