Package: procps
Version: 1:3.2.5-1
Severity: normal

I see something like that at the top's summary field:
Cpu(s): 44.1% us, 7.4% sy, 0.0% ni, 0.0% id, 0.0% wa, 48.5% hi, 0.0% si

Uhm, so here the problem - what the heck do "hi" and "si" mean ?
Press help ? No luck ? Manpages ? Info ? /usr/share/doc/procps ?
Trying an educated guess ? Nope, there's nothing to be found there either.

And they're not standard in any way (I remember top used to list only
user/sys/idle, I suppose ni and wa mean nice and wait, but I'm not really sure),
so one can be neither expected to know nor to have a means of getting that
knowledge
from somewhere.

It should be documented. One paragraph is manpages or something.
Otherwise it's not usable to normal users.
